Terms & Condition

  • Personalised Collection – Once an order is placed for any item in the personalised collection, it cannot be cancelled.

  • Damaged Items – In case you receive a damaged item, kindly take a video of the parcel before opening it and share it with our customer support team for assistance.

  • Cancellation After Dispatch – Once a parcel has been dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded. However, after receiving the parcel, you may apply for a refund as per our return policy.

  • Order Dispatch Time – Every order is dispatched within 24 hours of being placed.

  • Parcel Condition on Delivery – Please do not accept the parcel if the outer cover is open or tampered with at the time of delivery.
